As of the last quarter of 2009, mean real estate rates in Edmonton reached $363,694. At its peak, real estate prices can go as high as $426,028. Market demand has remained stable, along with property prices. There is however, a decrease in inventory as compared to the past years due to low interest rates and stimulus spending.
